Sometimes in medical science the problem is complex and there is no time to wait for the highest levels of scientific proof since we need to treat patients awaiting the data. A solution to this problem is to reunite many experts and make them vote about the available science by presenting it in a question form. The guideline formulation should include a clear question, state the quality of available evidence and take into account the value it offers. Value being outcome divided by costs of the intervention.
